Hello! I’m HouseBlend Aspie, the personality behind HouseBlend Running Company. If you’re curious about who’s actually typing these words, I’m Jesse Mitchell: runner, certified running coach, skeptical thinker, and occasional comedian (well, at least I try).

I’m passionate about cutting through fitness myths, questionable wellness trends, and the constant hype surrounding “miracle” supplements. With personal marathon experience, including qualifying for the Boston Marathon and professional coaching certification, I offer real, evidence-based insights to help you achieve your running goals, sprinkled with plenty of dry humor and healthy skepticism.
